Return Policy
***RETURN POLICY EFFECTIVE MAY 1ST 2024***
Beginning MAY 1, 2024, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit for any items that are received back to us within10 calendar days from the date of delivery to you.
The 10 day period begins to run on the date shown delivered to you by USPS tracking. .
The 10 day period includes all weekends and holidays. The returned item must be in the original, unworn condition, with ALL tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are returned showing any signs of wear, even if tags remain attached, including items with stains, deodorant stains or marks, or items that smell of perfume or other odors.
Only the original purchase price of the items purchased will be refunded in the form of store credit; shipping costs will not be refunded; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.
Store credit for online purchases will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card. Please include a correct email address on the note in your return package for online orders. This is the address where you will receive your gift card code. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox.
*Damaged or Incorrect Items*
Although this happens very rarely, if an item arrives to you damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, we will make it right! Please e-mail us at jacquelinecouture13@gmail.com within the 10 day return period (see above) with a description of the mistake/damage, and we will be happy to assist you.
*Lost or Missing Mail*
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when an order is shipped. Please keep up with the status of your package using the provided tracking number from the US Postal Service. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered, but it was not, please contact us at jacquelinecouture13@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide any assistance on lost or missing packages more than 3 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) after tracking indicates a package was delivered, and no refunds, replacements, or store credits will be given after the 3 day period has expired.
*Shipping*
Orders will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you input your correct shipping address. We will not provide any refunds on items that were shipped to a wrong address due to an error inputting the address by the purchaser.
